So sports, hmmm...well, right now sport is wery big and important part of
my life.I'm absolutely sure that doing sports is the best way to keep fit.I do
sports regularly and it is an essential part of my daily life. In the morning I
do some exercises just to awake and it puts me into the fine moods.
Bad habits, such as smoking, drinking alcohol and
using drugs, can ruin my health. Regular sports helps me to avoid these bad habits.
Every 3 days in a week I go to the gym,
just to stay in good shape, keeps fit and be
healthy.Nowadays I am fond of volleyball, basketball, football, and rugby.In
summer I always play football with my friends in the yard or sports ground.
Some days ago I with my classmates took part in school basketball

sports ground. I enjoy shouting for my favourite team “Vorskla” sitting in
front of the TV-set.I always take to heart our national football team’s
results.It is true, our football is not having its best time now, but I am sure
that soon the time will come when we will be proud of our football team as well
as our country in the whole.
I think sport helps to
achieve success in life,because it makes me stronger and more organazed.
Sport helps me to understand
the life better. It helps to taste a sweet feeling of victory and teaches to
lose with dignity.It helps to find new friends, and teaches to be a true
friend. So sport is very important for every young person and it plays a great
role in my life.
